The client, a family of four with a love for coastal living and modern design, seeks to transform their outdated beach house into a contemporary retreat that embraces the natural beauty of its surroundings while providing all the comforts of modern living. The property features breathtaking ocean views, expansive outdoor spaces, and direct beach access.

Resilience and Durability: Select materials and finishes that are resilient to coastal weather conditions, including saltwater exposure, strong winds, and humidity, to ensure long-term durability and performance.
Proposed Solution:
Our design solution for the modern coastal retreat renovation includes the following key features and strategies:
Open Concept Layout: Redesign the interior layout to create an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area that seamlessly flows onto outdoor decks and patios. Install large sliding glass doors and folding accordion doors to blur the line between indoor and outdoor spaces and maximize ocean views.
